Fat-Free Yogurt Flan

Served with some summer fruit or compote, absolutely lovely and it is fat-free!

Serves: 8
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
500g fat-free Greek yogurt
3 eggs
130g sugar
75g corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 zest of a lemon (optional)
Preparation:
Grease a 20cm round baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Pour it into the greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Let the flan cool down completely before you remove it from the pan. Serve with fruit or on its own and enjoy!
