Home made custard

Silky sweet lushes custard. Once you had this you will never eat store-bought custard. It is so easy as well! Give it a go!

Cook: 10min.
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp powder sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp flour
1tbsp milk
200ml milk
Preparation:
In a saucepan mix all dry ingredients together with a whisk. Add a little bit of the cold milk and whisk it until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and the lightly beaten egg yolks. Stir until smooth. On a medium heat stir constantly and cook the mixture until it reaches a thick but pourable consistency. Take it off the heat, pour it into a bowl through a sieve (to remove any lumps) if necessary and portion it into a dessert bowl.
