Bottomless Baked Cheesecake Selection

Great if you want a quick and easy selection.

Ingredients:
Cheesecake base:
100g butter (softened)
100g sugar
500g fat-free quark
200g full fat cream cheese

2 eggs
30g flour
30g corn starch
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Flavours:
Lemon:
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 2 lemons
Rhubarb and vanilla:
1tbsp vanilla extract to the cheesecake batter (extra)
½ cup of frozen chopped rhubarb
Biscuits and chocolate:
4tbsp Lotus Biscoff biscuit spread
100g milk chocolate chips

Preparation:
Make loaf pan shapes with some kitchen foil, put them in a baking tray and preheat the oven on 175C.
For the cheese base, beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients and mix them well together. Divide it equally into 3. Put your flavours in and bake for 45 minutes. Cooldown completely then slice and enjoy!
