Honestly, one of my best creations! Just try it, you will love it!

Level: Easy

Serves: 12

Prep: 10 min

Cook: 35-40 min.

Ingredients:

Oat base:

150g butter

100g caster sugar

1tbsp golden syrup

1tsp vanilla extract

100g condensed milk

300g oats

6 apples (cored and sliced)

Caramel top:

115g butter

100g brown sugar

½ tsp salt

150g condensed milk

Preparation:

Preheat the oven on 175C, butter and line a baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup, vanilla extract, then add the condensed milk and pour it over the oats. Stir until well combined and pour it into the lined baking dish. Pat it with a spoon or with your hand into the baking dish until firm. Lay the apples on top.

In a saucepan melt the butter, salt and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the condensed milk and pour the mixture over the apples. Bake it for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool down completely, then cut a slice and enjoy!
